Everyone usually has something to stress about, no matter how big or how small.

Delilah gives a few things to not stress about today:

Your workout. The gym will still be there. Go get a bath tonight!

Dinner. Order out and relish the thought of having no dishes to clean up tonight.

Imperfections. Whether it's a wrinkle in your shirt or a wrinkle in your skin, others probably won't even notice.

Social media. That might mean unplugging the Internet or television for a day.

The news. Turn it off and give your mind a breather from real world events tonight. Instead, turn up the volume on my radio show and get filled with songs and stories from the heart.

What others have that you don't. Theodore Roosevelt once said "comparison is the thief of joy" -- and he couldn't have been more right.

Tomorrow. Everything will get done in due time. Don't let tomorrow's worry steal today's peace and productivity.
