Thinking About Eyelash Extensions? Here’s My Story

I am lucky to have a friend who is a hairstylist to the stars. I ask him about the new trends and what to do next. In a recent conversation we spoke about eyelash extensions. I said," individual lashes"? No, he replied. I had to do a little research to see what on earth he was talking about. If you are challenged in the lash department, a good coat of mascara and lash strips from Sephora  may do.

Eyelash extensions are like hair extensions. They are applied individually with a medical adhesive and last about 4 weeks. Don't expect it to be inexpensive. As they say" beauty costs". Expect the application to cost $150 and up. Don't forget to factor in touch up visits.

I will admit I have tried them. I am a true lover of  all hair extensions. I loved the way they looked and the look they gave my eyes.... but my only issue was when they started to come off.  NOT CUTE.  As the lashes fell off so did my natural lashes... They have since returned to my face, where they belong.
