If you haven't noticed, the coldest weather of the year is upon us, and it looks like it's gonna stick around for the week. We'll probably get some lake effect snow and a couple of rounds of more widespread snow, but it's the harsh temperatures and wind chills that have WNY bundling up this week.

I was reading the advisories from NOAA weather for Western New York and this has me breaking out my hat and gloves. It reads:

BITTERLY COLD WIND CHILLS ARE EXPECTED WEDNESDAY AND WEDNESDAY
NIGHT. WIND CHILL ADVISORIES OR WARNINGS MAY BE NEEDED.

So be prepared Buffalo as we will feel be a BIG difference in the air over the next few days. We'll probably see less than 1" inch of snow but all of us will experience probably the coldest temps & wind chills of 2015 so far.
