This Sign on the 90 in Buffalo Drives Me Nuts [PICTURE]

Does anyone think this like me?

I mean, I'm no English major (so there could be a chance that this is grammatically correct--I mean, after all if it wasn't I'm sure it would have been fixed by now), but I always think that it should say BUFFALO: An All AmeriCAN City.

Right? lol
