THROWBACK: Young Justin Bieber Doesn’t Know What ‘German’ Means? [VIDEO]

We know he's probably forgotten about this one already, but yes, Justin Bieber, we do use the word 'German' even in America.

Bieber is appearing on a talk show in New Zealand, and the interviewer asks,

Bieber' is German for 'basketball,' true or false?'"

Now, the guy was still speaking English but, the Biebs' response still confuses us. First her asks"Is what?" and then decides to tell the guy, even after being shown the question written out:

I don't know what that means. We don't say that in America...I like basketball if that's what you're asking me."

But, you have to give him the benefit of a doubt that the question was not smoothly delivered either. Or do you? Your decide.
