The Buffalo Sabres suffered a tough loss to the Toronto Maple Leafs, while the Leafs set a franchise record. The Toronto Maple Leafs celebrated a shutout victory on Tuesday night when they set a franchise record for fewest shots allowed in a game. Jonathan Bernier made just 10 saves in his eighth career NHL shutout, giving the Leafs a 4-0 win.

The Buffalo Sabres will take on the Boston Bruins on Thursday night at the First Niagara Center.
