Everyone is talking about Kendrick Lamar's show-stopping performance at the 58th Annual Grammy Awards -- and for good reason.

Kendrick Lamar gave a controversial, politically-charged rendition of "Blacker the Berry" and "Alright" performance at the 2016 Grammys tonight (Feb. 15). Starting off the performance in a prison getup and chains, Lamar's outfit doubled as a neon war paint jumpsuit as he transitioned to center stage backed by African dancers and a huge bonfire.

This performance comes on the heels of an amazing 2015 for Kendrick. The Compton rapper's sophomore LP, To Pimp A Butterfly, has been a crowning achievement in his career thus far. TPAB was released in March of 2015, ended up on many music reviewers' best of the year lists and has been certified platinum by the RIAA. As one of the most celebrated living West Coast rappers today, Lamar was recently honored by his hometown of Compton with the key to the city of this past weekend. Mayor Aja Brown presented Kendrick the award at Compton's Martin Luther King Monument as TDE cheered him on.

Celebrities in attendance at the 2016 Grammys like actress Anna Kendrick and those watching at home like singer Justin Timberlake and comedian Trevor Noah added in their two cents online about K. Dot's show stopper. Here's what celebrities are saying about Kendrick Lamar's 2016 Grammys performance.
