Two students from the University of Rochester are safe today after a weekend kidnapping situation.

Nicholas Kollias and Ani Okeke-Ewo were reported missing on Saturday morning, and police said that it happened under "suspicious circumstances and may be in danger."

Rochester police issued a missing person report on Sunday, and we happy to announce that the student were found safe around 9:20P.M.

During a press conference, Chief Ciminelli stated that the two men were found safe after being "wrongfully held for many hours."

The SWAT Team assisted with the hostage rescue at a location on Harvest Street. Both students were taken to the hospital, with one of them recovering from a gunshot wound.
