Ty Pennington Finds A New Home On “The Revolution” [VIDEO]

"Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" is out and "The Revolution" is in!  Ty Pennington never seems to go out of style though! 

We all loved watching Ty on "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition." Who could ever forget his cry of "Move that bus!"  The show was cancelled before Christmas, but Ty is moving on to a new one called "The Revolution."   It's a daytime talk show, which ABC claims is like no other.  Ty will be one of several hosts helping you improve your life. If anyone can help with home improvements, it's got to be Ty!
