U.S. Cargo Plane With Ties To WNY Crashes In Afghanistan [VIDEO]
This video may be hard to watch for some people. A U.S. cargo plane crashed at Bagram Air Field north of Kabul in Afghanistan on April 29 and was caught on a vehicle’s dashcam.
Sadly, all seven crew members on board were killed. The cargo plane, not the crew members who perished, has a connection to Western New York. The Boeing 747-400 is operated by National Air Cargo of Orchard Park.
Six of the American citizens that died in the crash were from Michigan, and the seventh was from Kentucky.
