If you have 'getTV' tune in as they'll rebroadcast a Martin Luther King Jr. appearance on The Merv Griffin Show that has never been seen by the general public. This is one of the most legendary episodes of the Merv Griffin Show and is on Monday, January 18, 2016 at 10 p.m. ET/7:00 p.m. Pacific time.

You'll see the civil rights leader alongside close friend Harry Belafonte. While Dr. King says that he IS a fan of the Merv Griffin Show, he has some concerns about appearing on this type of program, because he is a member of the clergy.
TV Confidential explains:

However, once the interview starts, Dr. King puts any trepidation aside in a particularly memorable introduction that gives a charming glimpse at the man behind the hero. Smiling and laughing, Dr. King puts his charismatic personality on full display as he jokes about the limitations that being a clergyman has placed on his ability to experience the “fun” side of New York.

I know we have 'Antenna TV' here is Western New York but I don't know of 'getTV' so I think we'll have to look for this episode on line. Either way, I'm sure we'll be hearing plenty about the influential civil rights leader and his campaigns to end racial segregation and his desire for racial equality in the United States.
