We were all pulling for Vidler's 5 & 10 to win that coveted 30 second ad during Super Bowl 50.  They made it to the top three in the Small Business Big Game competition from Intuit!

Let's give them the credit where credit is due, this was an AWESOME submission video!

Unfortunately, it didn't pan out for them, but a small little town outside Albany now boasts the title of "WINNER!"  Death Wish Coffee was founded by Round Lake, NY's Mike Brown, who owns a coffee house in Saratoga Springs.

He wanted a coffee that was REALLY strong, and the package features a skull and crossbones...hence the pirate-themed video they entered for the contest.

Since I lived in the Albany area for 15 years, this is kinda cool for me. Everyone knows Saratoga with the beautiful race course, but the tiny little town of Round Lake is equally beautiful, but is a "sneeze-and-you-miss-it" little village on the way.

Massive congratulations to Death Wish Coffee. It looks like we're gonna have a new brew to look forward to!
