A two-story warehouse has gone down in flames in North Tonawanda overnight.

Crews were called to the Placid Harbor Marina around 2:40 A.M. where large flames and smoke filled the warehouse that stores boats, supplies, and even some fuel. Fire crews say that some of the boats exploded and others caught fire, destroying about 12 vessels.

A City of Tonawanda firefighter was also injured in the blaze, and taken to DeGraff Memorial Hospital with leg injuries.

There's no official word yet on what may have sparked the fire, but crews are expected to be on site throughout the day to hit hot spots.
