What Color Should You Paint Your Bedroom In Order To Get The Most Sleep?
Who DOESN’T love a project that starts out simple and ends up 200 percent more time-consuming and frustrating than you initially thought, huh???? (Note the dripping sarcasm.)
Ten bedroom paint colors were ranked on how they affect your sleep and your mood.
Those with BLUE walls got the most sleep. Apparently the color blue triggers special receptors in your eyes that help the body’s natural sleep rhythms.
PURPLE walls were worst for sleep, as it’s a stimulating color.
BROWN came in second-to-last, but it may be because those with brown bedrooms have the most…lovin’. Surprisingly, those with RED bedrooms have the least.
