There are pros and cons for each condition. 

Almost 70 degrees on Halloween in Buffalo isn't normal, but I'm not complaining.

I guess it stinks that it will be a little wet and we'll have to travel the neighborhoods with an umbrella. On the other side, if it was really cold, the kids would be bundled up, and it would hide their costumes.
