In my line of work, if you don't call attention to some weird, made-up holiday, you're doing it wrong.

Who am I to buck the system?

June 1st is National Nail Polish Day.  For some reason, I've got approximately 418 bottles of nail polish, even though I almost always just wear clear polish, and I only paint my toes about 3 months a year (summer months, obvi).

I started thinking about all the other ridiculous things I effectively hoard, but mostly, by accident...an accidental collection.

I'm talking about things you don't MEAN to stock up on, but you find yourself doing it anyway.

How many times have you gone to the grocery store, thought "Do I already HAVE taco seasoning?  I better buy more just in case..."  only to come home and find you've said that the last 8 times you went to the grocery store.

I just did it with dish washing liquid last week.

There's my Amazon box collection...(yes, that's actually my basement)...
