Who Would You Hire as the Bills Next Head Coach? [POLL]

The Buffalo Bills have not been good for some time now.  That is no secret.  What coach will turn this thing around?

Rumors have been flying since seven NFL coaches were let go on Monday.  I think some new, raw, fiery coach is what the Bills need.  It's hard to say what direction they will go in, now that Ralph Wilson has given up control of the decisions.
