WNY Has Three New Lottery Winners [VIDEO]

Three men from Western New York have a little extra spending money after winning  the New York Lottery.Phillip Alger of Buffalo and John Fisher of Lima each won three-million-dollars on a $10 scratch off ticket, while Raymond Stankovic of Batavia purchased a Powerball ticket on a whim and won one-million-dollars.

The three men walked away with over seven-million-dollar from the New York Lottery.
