WNY Woman Accused of Manufacturing Meth, Dealing with Child

A Lockport, NY, woman has been charged with unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine, according to WIVB. The 37-year-old is apparently facing three counts of unlawfully dealing with a child.

The meth lab was apparently located on Elmira Street in the city.
