Yahoo Expanding in Lockport
It seems as though Yahoo is planning to expand their data center, which is based in the Town of Lockport.
In 2012, Yahoo purchased 13 acres of land, which is now going to be put to use. The announcement will most likely be this Thursday (March 21) at a meeting of the Lockport Industrial Development Agency board of directors. The data center in Lockport currently employs 77 workers.
