It's bad enough that kids nowadays are losing their innocence faster every year. Now there's a neighborhood in Denver that wants to take away one of their favorite activities. Why? Some parents think it makes the streets look messy!

It all started when 3-year-old Emerson Cohen started practicing her ABC's on the sidewalk in front of her house. Soon, Emerson's mother, Sarah Cohen, received complaints from a neighborhood group. Some neighbors, it turned out, were offended by the chalk scribbles. An attorney for the neighborhood group actually asked that Emerson be stopped from drawing on the sidewalk! Her mother says she's not going to stop her!
