You’re Not Going To Believe Why This Funeral Procession Was Pulled Over and Ticketed [VIDEO]

Hard to believe it's been 18 years since we lost mom. One thing that did bring our family some comfort was the funeral services and the problem free day of laying her to rest. This was not the case recently in Los Angeles as the lead vehicle in their funeral procession was pulled over to the side of the road by an officer for, get this, going too slow!

Traffic was really at a snarl now because their were 100 cars involved in the traffic stop.
