Should Eric Jordan Wear This for the Company Holiday Party?

Often I struggle with finding the perfect outfit for the right occasion, you never want to be that person thats underdressed or even overdressed. So not too far away from now will be our companies holiday party. Some of my coworkers will show up in suit and tie, some in fancy dresses with heels, I however want to make a statement.

Today I was walking through the mall and stumbled upon this little diddy.... Check it out... LOOK AT THAT TIE! How about the skirt, sure it's not a outfit designed for men or even my body type. But just think of all the looks I will receive that night. Alright, alright I didn't buy it, nor do I plan on it. But my real question is would you wear this?? Where would you sport this look?
