I've done St. Patrick's Day and I'm familiar with Easter :)  But not being from Buffalo, I've never "celebrated" Dyngus Day.  I imagine other cites celebrate, but who knew that Buffalo was the Dyngus Day capitol?!  How cool is that?

I love all the food and the fun.  Looking forward to watching some of  the parade out of the studio window as well.

One observation is that everyone in Buffalo should get the day off.  It comers off of a holiday weekend anyway, so why not give Buffalo Monday off from work, or maybe a half day so everyone can get to the parade.

So please fill me in.  What are the best traditions and things to do on Dyngus day for us Dyngus virgins.
